International Shipping Policy
All Novex Research orders ship internationally from our fulfillment warehouse. Please read this policy in full before placing an order.
Overview
All Novex Research orders are fulfilled from our international warehouse. We ship worldwide using international courier services including DHL, EMS, and regional postal networks depending on the destination country. By placing an order you are responsible for all applicable customs regulations, import duties, and taxes in your country.
Eligible Countries
We ship to most countries worldwide, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, most of the European Union, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and many others. Some countries are ineligible due to carrier limitations or high seizure rates.
If you are unsure whether we ship to your country, please contact us before placing your order. We reserve the right to refuse orders to countries where reliable delivery cannot be guaranteed or where import regulations make fulfillment impractical.
Delivery Timelines
After your order is processed (3–5 business days), transit times depend on your destination country and customs workload. Most shipments arrive within 14–31 calendar days after dispatch. High-volume periods such as Chinese New Year, Golden Week, and Lunar New Year may extend processing and transit by 2–5 additional days.
These are estimates only. Novex Research is not able to guarantee delivery on a specific date. If your order has not arrived within 40 days of dispatch, please contact us to open a carrier investigation.
Customs & Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, VAT, GST, and other fees charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are entirely the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee charged by Novex Research.
Customs fees are unpredictable and vary by country, declared value, and individual customs officer discretion. We cannot predict or control whether customs fees will be assessed on any given shipment.
We are legally required to accurately declare the contents and value of each shipment. We cannot mark packages as "gifts," undervalue them, or falsify customs documentation. Requests to do so will be refused.
Seized Shipments
If your shipment is seized or held by customs authorities, you may receive a seizure notice directly from your country's customs agency. You may have the option to contest the seizure, pay a duty/fine for release, or allow the shipment to be destroyed — these actions are at your sole discretion and cost.
Novex Research has no ability to intervene in a customs seizure once a package has left our warehouse. We strongly recommend that buyers research import regulations thoroughly before ordering. If you are uncertain whether your country permits the import of research peptides, do not place an order.
Restricted & Prohibited Items
Certain products in our catalog may be restricted or prohibited in specific countries. Import restrictions for research peptides vary widely — some compounds are unregulated, some require import permits, and others are outright prohibited as controlled substances in certain jurisdictions.
It is the buyer's sole responsibility to research and comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the import of any product in your order. Novex Research is not responsible for legal consequences arising from the importation of our products into any country where restrictions apply.
- Research peptides in our catalog are sold for in-vitro research use only and are not approved for human consumption in any jurisdiction.
- Some GLP-1 agonists and growth hormone secretagogues are controlled substances in certain countries. Verify before ordering.
- Australia, Canada, and several EU member states have specific import permit requirements for certain research compounds. Check with your national regulatory agency.
- If you hold a valid research/import permit, please note this in the order comments. We cannot advise on your specific regulatory obligations.
International Tracking
All international shipments include a tracking number emailed to you upon carrier pickup. Tracking is available on the carrier's website and may also appear on your country's national postal tracking system once the package arrives in-country.
International tracking events may show long gaps (3–10 days) between scans, particularly during customs processing. This is normal and does not mean your package is lost. Tracking visibility depends on the destination country and carrier handoff.
If your tracking has shown no movement for more than 25 business days after the last scan, please contact us at [email protected] and we will open a carrier investigation.
Buyer Responsibility
By placing an international order with Novex Research, you confirm and agree to all of the following:
- You have independently verified that it is legal to import the ordered products into your country for research purposes.
- You accept full responsibility for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or fines that may be levied on your shipment.
- You understand that seized shipments are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or credits of any kind.
- You agree that Novex Research is not liable for delays caused by customs inspections, carrier issues, or events outside our direct control.
- You are a qualified researcher or institution purchasing compounds for legitimate in-vitro research purposes only.
If you have questions about any of the above before placing an order, please contact us.
